Static and Stacking

A pallet is a base used in the shipping process for various goods. Besides serving as a base, pallets also function as protection and aids in facilitating the lifting and arrangement process while in warehouses and containers. In the world of import-export cargo, pallets are used to prevent collisions or damage during the shipping process.

We have many types of pallets with various sizes that can meet the needs of our customer's company. From medium duty, heavy duty, super hygiene, one-way shipping, and ASRS pallets. Pallets with perforated and flat surfaces with steel reinforcement for pallet usage on racks.

We have various types of pallets suitable for field applications at competitive prices.

The commonly used sizes for plastic pallets are 1200 x 1000 and 1200 x 800 (Euro pallet).

An important evaluation method used to assess the durability and toughness of pallets when impacted or dropped during handling and transportation.



Our drop tests are standardized:

1. SNI 06-7176-2006 = Drop Test Height 0.5 meters.
2. ASTM D1185 = Drop Test Height 1.0 meters.

Is a storage that moves from place of origin to destination using means of transportation such as: Forklift, Handpallet, Stacker & Reach Truck.

Is a stationary load or pallets only as a base/flooring.

This is a stacked load where the pallet above is given a load + the second pallet + the next load.

Is a load where the pallet above is loaded according to the load capacity and the pallet is placed on the Racking Rack and the outer stretch of the beam is smaller than the width of the pallet.
